Use of the Site
By accessing any part of the Site you are or are deemed to agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them then you should stop using the Site immediately.
Access to some pages of the Site may be limited to specific users or members who will have to enter a password to access these pages. Any access or attempted access to these pages without a valid password will be unauthorized and in breach of these terms and conditions.

Modifications and Termination
We may change, modify or terminate any part of the Site at any time at its sole discretion without notice. We may deny access to the Site to anyone at any time.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We have the right to amend these terms and conditions for the following reasons:
- to reflect changes or anticipated changes in law, regulations or standard practice or to respond to a decision by a court, ombudsman or regulator;
- to reflect changes in our costs, including administrative costs, involved in providing the Site;
- to reflect changes in technology;
- to reflect changes to the functionality of the Site, including the removal of any out of date functionality; and

Any changes will be posted on the Site. If you are not happy with any change that we make, you may immediately terminate this agreement and you must stop using the Site.

Use of the Site and interpretations and applications of this Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Additionally, unless otherwise specified, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive first instance jurisdiction for all disputes arising regarding the Site.

The aim of these emails is to keep our customers and other interested people up to date about new information on this Site, product releases or service offerings.
