You can send survey forms to many people at the same time.
In most task management apps, to make a request, it's necessary for the other party to register as a user. This is feasible for internal company users, but it can be difficult to require many external individuals to register for the app.
With tossworks, as long as you have an email address, you can register contacts and send survey forms. Additionally, you can view the responses individually and request additional information through chat.
This form feature can also be used for collecting documents and gathering information, not just for surveys.
1. From the Task creation screen, select multiple recipients
Recipients have been added as Contacts. For information on how to add Contacts, please seeManage Contacts.
2. Create a survey form
For instructions on creating a form, please see Add Form in Task.
3. Send the form
You can send it immediately or set a schedule for sending.
The form is sent to each recipient and displayed in the task list.
4. Refer to the response results
The results are displayed on the Task details screen.
