Welcome to tossworks!

tossworks is a task management tool optimized for small teams. It's designed to help manage numerous tasks efficiently, even with a small number of people, and supports achieving significant results.

If you're a freelancer, small office head, or a project leader managing external contracts, collaborating with clients and contractors outside your organization is probably a part of your daily routine. However, are you finding yourself falling behind on various tasks, unable to devote time to what really needs to be done?

tossworks is a simple task management tool, stripped of unnecessary features, optimized to help you efficiently tackle the tasks right in front of you. As you start using it, we'll introduce the essential know-how you need.

Setting Up Your Profile

After logging in, first register your name in the profile settings. The name you register here will be displayed in task assignments and more.

Profile Setting Steps

  1. Click the icon at the top right

  2. Click 'My Profile'

  3. Enter your name and click 'UPDATE'

Adding Tasks

You can add and manage Tasks in tossworks. Managing Tasks prevent forgetting deadline of something, and encourage people to capture project status quickly.

Task Registration Steps

  1. Click 'Tasks' in the left menu

  2. Click 'ADD TASK' at the top right

  3. Fill in the fields and click 'SEND EMAIL'

Adding Contacts

In tossworks, contacts are like a phonebook. Register the email addresses of people you want to contact, and you can set them as the assignee in the task creation screen.

Contact Registration Steps

  1. Click 'Contacts' in the left menu

  2. Click 'ADD CONTACTS' at the top right

  3. Enter the email address and click 'ADD CONTACTS'

Upgrading to the Team Plan

Team Plan allows users to create Workspaces and manage Teammates for team collaborations with more powerful tools.

How to Upgrade to the Team Plan:

  1. Click 'UPGRADE' on the top right of the page

  2. Click 'GET STARTED' on Team plan

  3. Enter payment details and click 'Subscribe'

Please note, payments for tossworks are processed through the external service Stripe.

Adding a Workspace (Team Plan Only)

Team Plan users can manage workspaces. Workspaces are handy when a team of three or more is working together.

While standard tasks involve just the requester and assignee, sometimes you might want to delegate tasks to someone else or as a leader, keep track of team members' progress.

Adding Members to a Workspace (Team Plan Only)

Adding members to a workspace allows them to create tasks, add contacts, and invite other members within the workspace.
